MEAL DELIVERY FAQ's

How do I reheat the meals?

All meals can be reheated in the microwave. Please remove from aluminum recyclable container and microwave until warm. Some meals will taste better if reheated in the oven so they do not get too soggy. If you wish to reheat in oven remove plastic lid and cover with aluminum foil and cook until warm.

Can I recycle the containers?

You can recycle all containers in your blue box for curb side pick up.

How long does the food last?

We recommend eating the food by the end of the day Saturday, but we find most dishes last until Sunday. The wraps are best eaten by Friday.

I’m not vegan. Will I like your food?

Yes! Some customers are not vegan but choose to eat plant based meals a few days a week. We encourage you to try it.

Can I visit your commercial kitchen?

Yes, we would love to meet you. We cook out of The London Food Incubator located at 630 Dundas Street. Please email or call me to schedule a visit to our kitchen and meet the maker of your food. Or if you prefer, just leave a note in the Notes section of thew Shopping Cart when you place your order.

Do you have a minimum order?

Yes. The minimum order is $60.00 before tax. You may pay by Credit Card or PayPal.

Do I have to order the weekly meal plan?

No. If you wish to order $60.00 of add-on items that is fine. Or you can order the Trial Order size at $39.99 plus some add-on's. The total order must be a minimum of $60.00. We do encourage you to try our meals. 

If you are new to our service, check out our Trial Order which contains the same great meal items (in the same size portions) but with single items (except for the wraps - you get both!) instead of two of each.

Can I order just once in a while or must I comment to a contract?

You can order once if you wish. There is no contract or obligation to re-order. You can order when you like, but if you would like to receive weekly meals we can arrange that as well. Just email me or call 519 870-3871.

When is the ordering deadline?

The deadline for ordering each week is 8:00 pm on Sunday. We suggest you sign up for our mailing list (at bottom of website) so you receive the menu early in the week directly to your inbox.

When is your new menu posted?

The new menu for the following week is posted on Monday. Remember if you wish to have the menu sent to your personal email please join our mailing list (at bottom of website).

Can I cancel my order?

You have until end of Sunday to cancel your order without charge. If you cancel on Monday, you will receive a 50% credit on your account. We will not refund anything after Monday.

What should I do with the Naturally Vegan cooler bag?

The insulated cooler bag is the property of Naturally Vegan Company and is provided at no cost to keep your order as fresh as possible. If you do not anticipate ordering again or in the near future, simply email us and let us know. We will arrange for pick of bag at your home or wherever it is convenient for you. Otherwise we will pickup the cooler bag upon your next order.

Can I buy a Naturally Vegan Company cooler bag for my own use?

If you wish to purchase a Naturally Vegan Company cooler bag you can do so on the Order page.

Will you deliver to my office or other work space?

Yes, we just need your cell phone number and clear instructions on where we should delivery your order. If it is a busy area we might ask you to meet our delivery driver downstairs to receive your order. 

Should I tip my delivery person?

There is no need to tip your delivery person. If you choose to do so, they will gladly accept it, but it is not expected.

 

COOKING WORKSHOPS FAQ's

How many people are in each Workshop?

Naturally Vegan Company workshops are limited to 10 people to maximize your learning and fun.

Where are the Cooking Workshops held?

All Cooking Workshops are held in our commercial kitchen at 630 Dundas Street East, Unit 10 (located behind the Old East Grocer). Classes are typically held in the evening between 6:30-8:30pm.

How do I sign up for one of the Cooking Workshops?

All Workshops are listed as products in the Order section. You may pay by Credit Card or PayPal.
