NATURALLY VEGAN AND MODO YOGA combined YOGA & COMFORT FOOD CLASSICS COOKING WORKSHOP - Sunday, March 22, 2020 11:30am-2:30pm
Come and relax first with an hour long Modo Yoga class, then an Comfort Food Classics cooking workshop with Naturally Vegan. These recipes are favorites that you will make and enjoy over and over again.

Both the yoga and cooking classes will be in the Covent Garden Market. The one hour yoga class will be taught by Dianne Morgan (Modo Yoga Instructor). After a short break we'll head into the teaching kitchen with Heather Pinsky (owner of Naturally Vegan) to create a fantastic lunch.
We will make all the listed items during this workshop, and enjoy them together.You will then take home all the recipes you have learned to cook. We should finish lunch by 2:30 pm. Come and wake up your body and your taste buds!
This combined yoga and cooking workshop is just $49.95 and will run on Sunday, March 22, 2020 from 11:30am until 2:30pm.
