NATURALLY VEGAN AND MOKSHA YOGA combined YOGA and THANKSGIVING DINNER COOKING WORKSHOP - Sunday, September 23, 2018 11:00am-2:00 pm at the Covent Garden Market
Come and relax with an hour longMoksha yogaclass, then let's prepare a tasty Thanksgiving Dinner cooking workshopwith Naturally Vegan.
Both the yoga class and cooking workshop will be held in the upstairs in the Covent Garden Market. The one hour yoga class will be taught by Dianne Morgan (Moksha Yoga Instructor). After a short break we'll head into the Covent Market teaching kitchen kitchen with Heather (owner of Naturally Vegan) to create a fantastic Thanksgiving Dinner. Together, we'll make mixed baby greens with pears and glazed pecans, Three Sisters Stew (squash, corn, and beans), Sweet Potato Biscuit, and a yummy Pear Apple and Cranberry Crumble for dessert. Yum!
We will make all the items in the menu during this workshop, and enjoy them together. You will then take home all the recipes you have learned to cook. We should finish by 2:00 pm.
This combined Yoga and Cooking workshop is just $49.95 and will run on Sunday, September 23, 2018 11:00 am until 2:00 pm. The workshop will be held upstairs in the kitchen at the Covent Garden Market in downtown London - 130 King Street, London, ON N6A 1C5.
